Gander Mountain and Overton's offers medical and prescription drug insurance to our Full-Time associates and their families. In addition, we offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help employees plan for their current and future healthcare needs.
We also offer wellness initiatives that include contribution reduction of non-tobacco users and to those associates that complete a Health Risk Assessment. Associates and their families may also receive a discount on their membership to participating fitness centers around the country.
Dental Insurance is offered through Delta Dental for associates and their families. The insurance includes 100% coverage for Preventive care, 80% Major dental needs, and 50% for restorative services.
Associates receive the benefit of a term life insurance plan that awards 100% of your base salary (up to a $150,000 maximum) to your selected beneficiary. This life insurance benefit also includes coverage in the event of accidental death or dismemberment.
Gander Mountain and Overton's offer 6 paid holidays a year for eligible associates.
After the first 6-months of employment, all regular full-time Gander Mountain and Overton's associates are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Savings Plan. Regular part-time associates are eligible to participate after 12-months of employment. The company matches associates' 401(k) deferral dollar for dollar on the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% (subject to annual limits).
We believe it's important to take time away from work and we encourage people to take vacations. Gander Mountain and Overton's associates can earn time that is based on position within the company and number of hours worked.
